The one thing about this chart that is deceiving is that it's based upon the cost of the arms being exported as opposed to the actual arms being exported. The United States exports more dollars worth of arms than Russia, but Russia exports a much higher quantity of arms than the United States. The simple fact of the matter is that our stuff is more expensive, thus we export less.

ReplyDeleteA stinger missile is used once, and generally it will strike one or two high value targets. An AK-47 can kill for decades.
