You don't have a kid under 13 and a kid in college. The negative 80% may have something to do with the free money to go to college if you're a poor, and perhaps the gubbamints matches .80 for every dollar more you make at that point. I'd love to see their methodology.
I just got a pin at work today for ten years of service... with a matching plaque.
No money.
I get money with the 15 year award. Maybe. If they still do that in five years. If I still work there in five years.
I have to work there five more years. I need the money.
I retired from the military... but I still work. I don't get money until I'm 60. Reservists have to wait for money until we're old. Unless they raise retirement age or the country goes broke. Then I don't get money until I'm older.
I get money cuz the Army broke me. I pay it out in taxes. I got a $250 stimulus check. I donated it to John McCain last year. I got no money. I got no president.
Thank God there's Socialist Security and Mediscare.
I may have to eat cat food and live in a refrigerator box when I'm old.
If I die, my wife gets money. If I die, she won't have to pay back my gazillion dollars in student loans. You will.
