The school "is located 30 miles from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul in scenic west central Wisconsin." Either they're not teaching syntax there or all of my schooling failed to inform me that the Twin Cities had left Minnesota.
May I suggest that the Chief Diversity Officer is a fancy executive role which is most likely to be filled by a minority.
I wonder how much of the job is reporting to the EEOC and executives of the University system, and how much of this is simply an affirmative action pathway for minorities to reach executive positions.
Oh did you just happen to notice of the three finalists for the head of the St. Paul Public Schools, not one was a white male? And that the double minority (Hispanic woman) got the job?
