I don't understand the point of this chart. The purpose of the nomenklatura, intelligentsia, and of the Obama administration is to remake the USA as a crippled, class-ridden, bureaucratic hellhole like the EU. By this chart, they are failing. Percentage unemployment should be falling to 10-25% more steeply.
