That is so pathetic, it actually has a comical value. Not to mention the red tape cost of making the change. I bet the entire bureaucratic and HR cost of the adjustment, is worth more then the actual $20 cut.
You can also expect to see a few more of these "wonderful tax breaks" as the election draws closer.
When America finally goes bankrupt, these sort of stories will be looked back upon. People will ask, how could this sort of thing been allowed to happen?
