A Billion Holly Stuards

Wow, yet ANOTHER HR major with an MBA!

It's not like there ain't a billion of those out there on the labor market now is there?  Oh, and I can't WAIT for this lady to actually land a position where she then gets to ask the idiotic questions of

"Have you ever been in a situation where you disagreed with your boss"

or

"Where do you see yourself in 5 years."

Did anybody ever teach these people math or economics?

No, wait, I know, I know.

"Math is tough!"

hat tip.

"What I would really love to do would be to lead the training and development of an organization, to work with the on-boarding of new employees to focus on developing the existing talent and helping organizations improve their overall effectiveness, to really help organizations maximize performance by tapping in to asset, tapping in to their human capital," said Holly Stuard.

I'd give her $1.99 to write me a mission statement.

So just like academics eventually lose the ability to sound like normal human beings, I guess MBA-toting HR ladies have the same problem? On-boarding of new employees? Tapping into their human capital? Christ...

  2. Yeah... I wouldn't trust most HR anywhere near anything important. Most HR are just waste of space employees that were hired to make quotas look nicer. Most HRs took bullcrap degrees in victimology and now have an axe to grind against certain kinds of people and successful businesses. Why would I want ANY HR rep near my valuable employees?

She can lead the training and development of a classroom of special education students.

Actually pays fairly well too, not to mention the self-righteous importance you get from having a degree with the word "special" in it.

They probably both voted for Obambi in 2008. Serves them right.
