Glenn Reynolds was kind enough to link to me again! Unfortunately, I will not be able to buy another AR 15 with the proceeds like I did the last time, because, well, there aren't any to buy.
However, when people get excited about an "Instalanche" I hear in my head the sound from a pinball video game MULTIBALL!!!!!
Sure, no available AR-15's. You could look into reloading, or even look into getting equipment to build your own firearms and accessories from scratch.
ReplyDeleteBeing handy with tools would be yet another way to manage the decline...
Get yourself a man-sized wheel gun - a 454, 460 or 500.
ReplyDeleteGood thing I ordered my copy on Sunday night instead of watching the power outage. Take my word for it, you don't want a picture of me reading it on your blog anywhere, but I'm looking forward to reading it all the same.
ReplyDeleteCaptain,
ReplyDelete"first time caller, long time listener..."
Anyways, love the site, and thanks for all of the great articles and insight. Being a pinball geek, I have to ask if the "Multiball!" quote is in reference to one Addams Family pinball?
Thanks,
EV
Congrats. Glad to see the Google servers were able to keep up!
ReplyDeleteGetting linked by Glenn Reynolds brought you enough revenue to buy an AR-15 with an ACOG?
ReplyDeleteHow does that work?
Buy a double barrel shotgun or a lever or bolt action rifle, in case you have a canoe accident and lose your ar. It happened a lot in Canada and Australia right after they had some draconian gun bans and registration requirements, so I heard.
ReplyDeleteBesides, ammunition being what it is, you'll need something easier to obtain than fodder for your self loader anyways...and reloading for a bolt or levergun is supposed to be easier.
