Good post, Captain. I am an engineer, and all through my career, the bosses ALWAYS nitpick reports, minutes, memos, proposals, calculations, spreadsheets, PowerPoints, etc. It is something else, especially now at my job. It is not uncommon to see a perfectly good set of minutes or a report run red with comments. You learn that it is just like a girl's crap test, really, and you just bat it away and keep moving.
