Hyphenated-Named Women

Stay frosty, boys.  Stay frosty.  They're out there.

I can't think of any female with a hyphenated name who isn't a raving lefty loony. Or any man married to one who isn't a mangina eunuch.

  2. Well, in the olden days of Castile and Aragon (where each house was considered equal), the hyphenation is a political act that makes perfect sense. Of course, down here in Los Angeles, we have a mayor who still insist on using his ex-wife's name even though she divorced his ass a couple of years ago.

  3. Captain, it's also LIBEL, yes? She wrote that the admins (presumably men) endorsed rape. She wrote that "it took an admin to publish it."

Looks to me like she's libeled someone and should get sued.

I feel sorry for the guys whose moms were hyphenated names and put those on their birth certificates. They are stuck with it unless they want to listen to their mom whine about how they disrespect her every time they see her.

It's hyphenated because the 28-year-old undergraduate somehow managed to convince a man to marry her, probably because he didn't have the nerve to refuse. The Daily Mail have the pictures. The defeated look on Andrew Simons' unsmiling face says it all.

Note that the husband was the first to respond to the fake threat. In other words, he knew very well it was fake but was somehow convinced to collaborate in her publicity stunt, for reasons best known to the couple but which probably involved credible threats of divorce and permanent destitution, a long prison sentence on domestic violence charges that would have just as entirely fictional, or of not-fictional-at-all grievous harm to his own person that no court in the land, of course, would dare send the crazy wife to jail over (self-defense, surely!)

I'd suggest she must be an incredible lay, but if I know the type he waits on her hand and foot every night while she sits on her ass looking at cat videos and lesbian porn and messaging the rest of the sisterhood, and hasn't gotten any since the wedding.

You did this to yourself, Andy. Next lifetime read up on MRA.

  6. Too bad they don't directly assess costs in these cases.

My email below to the COP at the university:

    Aaron -

Generally law enforcement is not entitled to recoup those costs. Those determinations are made by the judge after the finding of the case.

    Subject: Police investigation cost question

    Chief Samp,

I've just read about this Meg Lanker-Simons false rape threat and your department's investigation - well done on finding the truth so quickly! I am always pleased to hear about quick and effective police work.

What I would like to know is, will this woman be made to compensate for the full cost of the investigation? If she's not punished effectively she won't learn not to do this again, and at the very least that means making right the expense caused.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,
    Aaron
