Men Determine What is Beautiful in Women

And no, pregnant still isn't beautiful.

It is if it's your wife. Otherwise not so much.

  2. Pregnancy is beautiful when it's a woman you love and she's pregnant with your baby. Otherwise, not so much.

A pregnant woman is beautiful to the father of that child. Unless he's just saying that to soothe her anxieties. Can't upset the preggo!

  4. Regarding "pregnant isn't beautiful". I agree that when looking for a potential girlfriend, pick up or just to look at, pregnant doesn't do anything. However, when I was married (years ago!) and my wife was pregnant with my child, I'm sure a primitive instinct kicked in. When she was 8 months pregnant, with chicken pox I thought she was the most beautiful woman in the world and I would have slayed dragons to protect her.
But that was my wife, pregnant with my child, in any other circumstance you're right.

  5. Gotta agree with the above, Cap. When my wife was pregnant with my kids, I thought she glowed. I could stare at her for hours and not get bored. I think it's hardwired into men, otherwise they'd abandon pregnant women (PMS on steroids 24/7).

    @ Ralph

"I would have slayed dragons to protect her."

How romantic! [Old Broad sighs like the silly schoolgirl she was so long ago.]

    Lol Old Broad!

My husband went through a pregnant women fetish a few years back when we were contemplating trying for a third child.
He wasn't particularly enamored with my pregnant body for the first two (he always told me I was beautiful, and I'm sure he thought so, but it wasn't more than before), but wow when we were going for number three he was very 'into' pregnant women. At the beach, in the yoga class, as long as they were 'fit' pregnant and not a pregnant jabba that hut or something.
