Why I Charge Union Members Double

When I can, I usually charge union members double, sometimes triple.

Of course I can't always do this, but have managed to do it a handful of times.  It is the least real people working real jobs producing real economic wealth can do to the parasites.

Captain - I generally agree that unions members are lazy oxygen wasters. HOWEVER, I worked for six months at a warehouse that employed temps as forklift operators and loaders. You could work for years as a temp with no chance of being hired full time. The production standards were twice what a normal person could meet, and your job was constantly threatened for not hitting standard. I quit after six months and should have quit sooner.

I recently read that the workers had voted in a union. If any management deserved being saddled with a union, it is these scum. I no longer buy anything from a certain Swedish home furnishing store whose name is a four letter word.

    Hey Captain Capitalism.

Totally not related to the topic at hand, but I found these links:

They're put out by the BC government - it's part of the accountability framework the gov here has to see how grads from universities are doing. I was curious what you thought?

Capitalism is all about bargaining power. Capitalism rewards capital and bargaining power, it does not reward hard work done as an employee.

So when a company owner employs his capital to obtain bargaining power, Aaron Clarey is all for it.

But when workers employ their numbers to obtain collective bargaining power, all of a sudden they are "parasites".

The real parasite is Mitt Romney and Ryan, they made money with money, they are rentiers who produce nothing.

  4. This is so true. Lunch breaks, the eight hour day, overtime, pensions, health care - fuck all these lazy shiftless assholes who demand such things.

I see that a few union hacks have commented about the myths of the "benefits" of unions. Unions support the bottom 50%....the lowest productivity and highest whining employees. Unions do NOT support the TOP 50% who are actually held back by the unions and their demands that merit has nothing to do with pay. Union goons are so funny....and dense.

  7. I couldn't agree more. Unions are a scourge. We need to emulate Mexico and Colombia.
