1. 36 year old "art student."
2. Freeloading on the train and not paying her ticket
3. Gets awarded $250,000 from what I'm speculating is a feminist judge that cares more about feminism than justice.
Here's what the taxpayer of Oz is supporting now...more than they were before I mean:
Enjoy the decline Oz!
As much as I hate disgusting, tatted and pierced creatures of filth such as the "artist", I must say this:
ReplyDeletepolice should get their badges torn off if they engage in such behavior. Breaking the leg of someone who wasn't any threat is criminal. Maybe she only deserved a fraction of that amount, but the cop should probably have to pay a large portion of it. The police always get more brutal as society gets more liberal. Look at LA - bastion of liberal hollywood degenerates, but with some of the worst cops around.
I don't mind police using excessive force on scum like that. She's lucky that she only had her leg broken. The punishment she got fits the crime I reckon. It's bad when criminals like this tatted pieced scum not only get a slap on the wrist, but the courts are donating a gold lotto win to her as well.
ReplyDeleteThe thing you are missing is"A scuffle broke out and Ms Gardner intervened". This means she physically attacked a police officer who was doing his duty. To restrain her, he swept her leg to get her onto the ground. In the states she would likely have been shot!!
ReplyDeleteAgreed - whether or not Rachel Gardner is scum, what is clear from this article is that the police used excessive force and then lied in court. In other words, they were using standard operating procedure.
ReplyDeleteComing from an "equal rights march", you would think that they would understand that equality meant they had t pay their train fare like everyone else. Other than that I sort of agree with anon 9:05. We see more and more police brutality here (Toronto area) every day. There are regularly stories about police beating the crap out of people and shooting people for no reason. I know cops mostly have to deal with scum, but it is highly unprofessional to not maintain your temper while doing so.
ReplyDeleteThe little parasite got in the way of a police officer trying to do his job. By rights all three should have been flung off the train while it was still in motion.
ReplyDeleteAs it is, the case should have beem dismissed with costs and the little bint put to community service even she couldn't screw up. Cleaning the police barracks toilets for a year would do nicely.
My country is fucked.
ReplyDeleteShe had a fractured knee, this is not a broken femur. Big difference in force. A fat woman just going down on her knees is almost enough to fractured a knee. Unemployed homeless young guys are routinely treated far worse and a far more often and nobody cares.
ReplyDeleteIf you are the victim of long term sexual abuse as a child (as I was), you are entitled to a MAXIMUM of $10,000 under the new Victims Recognition Scheme. In other words - we recognise that you are a victim of a crime that has ruined your life forever, so here's a lousy $10,000 because our legal system doesn't allow us to imprison repeat offender paedophiles for more than about 2 years at a time, and we obviously place no value on the life of a child, despite our nation wide advertising proclaiming that child abuse is unacceptable. How the HELL does what happened to this woman, who BROKE THE LAW, even compare to the profound trauma of a victim of crime? How the HELL is it, that she is entitled to $233,000 more than any victim of crime? Shameful - totally, utterly, completely SHAMEFUL!!!
