You gotta love how eager they are to hire women and 'minorities'. Ask those same companies whether they are willing to hire well-credentialled and skilled folks with some kind of handicap or physical impairment (since they also form a 'minority'), and these same companies will be not so vocal anymore towards offering employment. The same kind of argument is valid for hiring skilled men of age (50+).
Cappy .. notice the math blunder in Daily Mail's sub-headline. Lloyds commits to 40% women ... and their sub-head says "One in Four", which last time I checked is 25%.
Don't dump them Cappy, do some short-selling - or better, get some long-term lowball Put Options out there. You know it makes sense.
On an unrelated note: an inventor in the UK is stating that they should pay students to learn engineering and science-based subjects. STEM for the win!
Nothing new here. I worked in a bank in Delaware where black people would sleep at thier desks, including snoring and drooling profusely. A white person would be instantly fired for sleeping, but, it took months to fire a black. This caused unreal hatred as the whites had to carry the Black snoozers.

I actually spent some time with the general manager of Lloyds... nicest guy, until i met his hen pecking wife and terribly behaved kids.... boy was he in blue pill land...
