Christian women are for marrying, not dating. If you want to get laid regularly while unwedded then stick to secular headcase chicks from broken families. Their amorality and psychological issues almost always result in a high degree of putting out.
Good vid Cappy. I wish I could convince the few men I know who are stuck trying to date christiam women, but these guys want to ignore me on this topic because I'm not religious. They consider my advice potential deception. I've event sent a few of them over to Dalrock's, but they still don't get it, don't believe me.
The first poster nailed it. Christian women aren't for shagging. If just you want shagging material which 90% of the guys want, then get a secular female, preferably one into boozing and partying say for example strippers. They have no real standards or values outside of being selfish hedonists.
The other problem is this. If you aren't a Christian you have no real business dating a Christian gal. It won't work out for obvious reasons unless they share a lot of common values.
I've been trying to prove the existence of God to myself for a long time, but the best reasons for a belief in God seems to end at Deism. A Deistic God can be explained by something like the ontological argument, or teleological argument, but a Biblical God I have just been unable to justify as rational, unless the entire Bible is to be taken as figurative, and none of it as literal, it just does not make sense.
Just discovered your blog (via Blackdragonblog), and consequentially, this video. All, I can say is you hit the nail on the head man. Living in the southern USA, this type of behavior is extremely prevalent due to all the "Bible Belt" ideologies being pushed down people's throats.
Hell, my own sister would fall under this classification. She's 27 and, objectively, I can say she's attractive. But, she's a "born again Christian" as you describe, and that has SEVERELY hindered her dating life for a long time. Not only does she fall prey to all the Disney crap women are conditioned to want in the first place, but then add the fact that no guy can live up to the standard that Jesus "set"...no chance for any mortal man.
I just hope that she, and the millions of other women like her, wise up and realize how society, by extension of the church, has played them big time.
And yes, like you state at the end, there are good women out there, whether Christian or not. Personal morality has little to do with religion I'm learning more and more often.
Gonna argue with your definition of the social contract. Your investment of attention, dinner, cash and prizes, etc are designed, in the long run and in any society that wishes to remain viable, to attract a mate, not to get you laid. You are demonstrating your potential as a provider.
The problem is not that the social contract is not being met, it is that the social contract has been destroyed. Men have stuff, women have vaginas. Men trade their stuff for access but in the long term, not the short term. Women are biologically programmed to be looking for a long term provider so that they and their offspring don't die. The social contract, where long term security has been replaced by sex right after dinner, is much of the problem in our society.
I think that there is a reasonable argument to be made that men should not be expecting sex without a long term commitment and that it is not good for women, children, or society for the women to give it up so easily. Plenty of evidence that promiscuous women are more likely to get divorced and that children born and/or raised in single parent households are more likely to become criminals and have other issues. You've talked about many of these problems in your blog and your videos.
Perhaps women need to be less promiscuous (as terrible as that sounds in the short term to the average guy out there) and start once again upholding the social contract that matters.

ReplyDeleteThis video kind of tangentially reminds me of my favorite religious quote that applies to "Christian" women:
ReplyDelete"Jesus loves you, but I think you're an asshole."

I think this really describes churchian women more than genuinely Christian women, but you make good points nevertheless.

Thanks for sharing this man.

"Jesus loves you, this I know /
ReplyDeleteThat's cos he told me you're his little ho!"
Finally you've given me enough context so I can use that little gem. :-)
