This was a bunch of poppycock somebody sent me. An info-graphic claiming if women just achieved equality in the world then there'd be another $28 trillion for us to spend...on a bunch of problems that would never be solved anyway.
Regardless, my favorite part of the entire info-graphic is not the outlandish bullshit and numbers these math-impaired idiots pulled fresh out of their asses.
Nor is the "may" "could" "possibly" put behind every claim they could churn up an additional $28 trillion.
But that in all the ways they proposed to close the gap between women and men STEM WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE!!!
Which led to me to observe this isn't about actually closing the wage gape as much as it is another opportunity for these worthless SJW's to masturbate their egos while solving NONE of the problems in the world they all ferociously claim they want to solve.
Thankfully, they comment section is open (for now) and you don't have to register or anything.
Mr. Clarey, they will like my comment even less than yours.
ReplyDeleteBut that in all the ways they proposed to close the gap between women and men STEM WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE!!!
ReplyDeletePerhaps a Freudian admission by omission that the very idea is laughable and thus not worth wasting time to ponder?
Translation: Big government and social coercion. Diversity means everyone MUST think alike about diversity. Freedom now from this enforced, coercive, parasitic, anti-white, anti-male, genocidal diversity.
ReplyDeleteWhat will happen when productive males STOP supporting the parasitic state?? NONE of this will occur AND the technology and wealth you take for granted will rot to the ground.
The makers must get free from the takers in this society once and for all.
Heh, so by increasing labor costs by some mythical % it will magically generate $28 Trillion dollars. Not 5 Trillion, not 30, but exactly $28 Trillion. Wow - who knew a diet of bullshit would lead unicorns to fart gold. All our troubles are over. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteSo...
ReplyDeleteWhere's the actionable... anything!?
Followed the link and all I see is, "gee it would be great if women were equal (read: in domination and controlling everything)." They don't explain ANYTHING at all. They don't explain how they will accomplish their goals. They don't explain how accomplishing any of these goals would actually equate in any way to benefits.
Nothing but worthless, "we can," sloganeering.
Well...THAT didn't take long.
ReplyDeleteThere WERE three comments on the site of the infographic (including yours, Aaron.).
All three slammed the post for the SJW twaddle that it is.
Existing comments are gone and the ability to comment is unavailable.
Guess their little egos were unequipped for reality based commentary and rebuttal.
Hehehe....
That propaganda-esque format of communication that's so commonly used nowadays absolutely disgusts me. Bold letters, a submissive agenda and "conclusive"; but never analytic or comprehensive.
ReplyDeleteHEADLINES: Muslim people kill each other also on religious grounds, that's how aggressive they are:

Thanks for scaring the hell out of me first thing in the morning Cappy! You hit the nail on the head, they don't give a damn about STEM, or facts! Well, we better start printing out that 28 trillion! Also looks like they chose the "communist propaganda" style guide on the MS office.
ReplyDeleteI like how their parent group Gender leadership group, is all men. Check out the "meet our team" section.

I found this feminist propaganda at the bottom of their page under "take action". It's basically a table for how to brainwash your peers. I particularly like the column; If you are a man who "Gets" it.

What a bunch of crap.
Actually, Cappy, this lady bemoans the (groan) "pay gap" in the academia of sciences:

The comments section is disabled. Oh dear, I guess I am responsible. I'm a bad boy.
ReplyDeleteOne of their bullet points is "Perceived wage gap for similar work". In most highly developed countries it is against the law to pay women less money for the same value work. So according to this bullet point even if women are paid the same as men for the same job with equal experience and competency, it is the perception that women are being paid less that is the issue, making it completely impervious to facts.
ReplyDeleteThis is funny. I live in Finland and here in the EU are jobs are quite seperatede and STEM field is ofcourse men-occupied field. Here they try to solve the "wage-gap" By rising the taxes i.e. property taxes and rising the wages in the public sector which is occupied by women. This is a goal even though women work 80% of hours that men do. And men have jobs that have a higher risk for being dismissed: If acompany has no money, people will be dismissed. If a school has no money, the property tax will go up.
ReplyDeleteThat was one of the most influental aspects why I decided to quit engineering and find another field.
