Cappy's Arizona Adventures

These are from the Salt River Canyon.  In addition to it merely being very pretty, it is also a filming location for one of my favorite movies, Midnight Run.  The picture underneath the bridge is the scene, thus answering your predictable question, "why did you take a picture underneath a bridge?"

    Your photos don't do the Salt River Canyon justice. I have many fond memories of it.
    Once, a friend and I found a narrow (a few meters) way to walk from the rim, to the river. It had ferns and I even found a fossil - it was magical.

    Thanks for the breath taking photos. It's nice to see you are enjoying yourself in the warm climate. It is freezing cold up here in Canada, snow, having to de-ice the car etc.
