Here's a thought... this is the "information age". Why are we even still sending these kids to these indoctrination centers anyway?
Everything these kids can be taught can be learned straight off of the internet. Create courses, sign 'em up, start learning. Work at their own pace. Some will finish quickly, some will take longer. Have staff available online if the kids have questions, in the event their parents (or in some cases, single mother) can't help.
I could go on, but I'll finish by saying that no, it's not a PERFECT system, but it's superior to the current one, which is even more flawed.
