"National Millennial Day"

"With National Millennials Day, we want to turn the stereotypes inside--out.  To show that we're more GENERATION WE than Generation ME. To transform ideals into actions.  To inspire hope for the future.  To celebrate the most open-minded, connected, innovative, purpose-driven generation on the planet:  Millennials."

Because nothing says "selflessness" like demanding your own fucking national day.

Hat tip.

From the Millenials Day Website: " So people accuse us of being unambitious. We want immediate feedback more than an annual bonus."

One would think that if they are burdened down with astronomic college debt, a monetary bonus would be more important than a supervisor's or peer's "thoughts and feeling about what kind of person I am". I guess they never took any econ classes...

Let's think for a second. Were it the millenials who turned everything into shit? Were it the millenials who raised millenials this way? Will any other existing generation fix things?
Sane ones of our generation (though pushing 30 I can hardly relate to students) will have to undo all the bad stuff done by 3 (4-5 and more depending on your location) previous generations overcoming huge resistance from those of them who are still alive. No need to be that bitter, Cappy.

WTF?? That site's REAL and not 'news' from the Onion? (shakes head) It reads like a parody of the very thing they're complaining about.

They claim that they know humans cause climate change, so that pretty much sums up their mentality and makes them somewhat useful idiots at best!!

I do not have the time or energy to fix the stupid millennials. I can only concentrate on my kids, in the hope that they are not going to be this stupid. I observe other parents raising their kids and those kids are going to be as stupid as these millennials. My kids will benefit from this stupidity.

Shouldn't that be "we know where Aleppo is"?
