The only employees I would feel bad about are the ones who are staff or custodial people who do the grunt work and had nothing to do with the stupidity of the administration.
Two local universities in my area 'privatized' the custodial and maintenance staff and cut many jobs to save money while the administrators enjoyed a pay scale that far surpasses the rate of inflation.

ReplyDeleteI love it when the market gets its chance. It's to bad Harvard and Berkley are insulated from it based on the falsehoods of elitists educations.
