The problem is that the majority of people who have been breeding for the last 20 - 30 years have been the lazy or "stupid" ones: single mothers, welfare queens, and other assorted lowlifes who don't have any other income but what they they get from the government (but they make GREAT Democratic Party voters).
Why have kids to begin with? Oh, that's right, the women want them. As far as the world is concerned we have to cater to their every whim...............
