Trade jobs like plumbers with a license can make in the $50k's with a bit of training. Hard work, but there is a demand. Down the line, become a city inspector or a project manager for a plumbing company or start your own.

Even STEM fields are overrated and have become infected with the D.I.E (Duh-versity, Inclusion, Equity) mentality.

  5. Now, my young economists, is the time to get your associates degree at your local community college. It will be worth something in a couple of years. The pendulum swings.

I shall enjoy the decline watching from my rocking chair as you pay your taxes.

Looking forward to Cleary's new book on how the 50 years+ crowd can get the giirlzzs.

  6. Good news for sure. But something inside me tells me that the $1.9 trillion dollar “Covid relief” has lots of money in it earmarked for colleges and universities.
