Mexico is Immune to Tornados

Wow, didn't realize the Mexicans have figured out how to control the weather so well!

  1. Canadians are similarly immune to winter storms.

It's not that they don't have tornadoes. They don't have doppler radars to track and count them. They also don't have tornado chasing as a paying job. Nor do they have property insurance to pay for the damage done by them, so insurance companies don't tabulate total damage statistics and publish exhaustive pivot tables of storm related trivia.

    Professor:

Canadian have all those things, yet still the weather stops at the border.

Which is annoying if you are looking at a weather map some days, because you can see weather is sneaking ( un-inspected by the TSA) down from up north but they will not show it, so it's harder to get a feel for the coming pasting I'm supposed to be grateful for.
