Well you can add Quebec to that list.Both New York and Quebec are bastions of socialism. And they wonder why the population continues to decline.
I wonder if capital flight is not a desirable thing to a liberal? It would certainly destroy those pesky high producers who make " too much " money and bring nearly all serfs down to one level.
