It is pretty clear that as a group women have been failures as single parents. Perhaps it is time to give fathers a chance. Let mothers pay child support, let fathers raise children. I guess fathers should recieve lifetime spousal support too.
My solution would be, I think, easier to implement than Wapiti's. A woman's first kid out of wedlock should be her last. If she refuses to have an abortion, the child should be taken from her and she should not be allowed leave the hospital before acquiescing to a hysterectomy at her own expense.
Also, women invariably want security at a rich man's expense, not liberty for themselves or their men, which, to my mind, excuses men from bothering about women's liberty or security. Eventually people get the government they deserve, and I don't think women will much enjoy the one they've got coming.
