Perhaps the tide is turning, but my suspicion is that in Churchill's immortal words, "... this is the end of the beginning!"

There will be yet more travesties, false accusations and miscarriages of justice before this horror is finally laid to rest.

The man hating courts will ensure they don't have to pay him fair compentation, which would run in the millions, tens of millions if they awarded punative damages.

  3. I've been accused of rap myself but there's no evidence that I'm actually capable of it.

  4. So it's a dispute over musical tastes? See typo in title.

This article is pure gold. How about a cover yer ass tech article on how to preserve texts, record all your cell phone conversations, and video your sexual encounters. This is probably illegal, but, will save you 10 years of prison rape if the local crooked prosecutor decides to go " Duke Lacrosse Team " on you. If those guys did not have rich parents, they would still be in jail. Google " Ben Nifong " for the full story.

Yeah, also Google what happened to the false accuser and where she is today. Women never lie about rape, yeah, tell me another.

  7. it's going on a hundred years since women got the vote and started to have more input into the running of government, civil society and business.

They are showing more and more why our ancestors kept them out of government, civil, society and business. It would appear that an awful lot of women are just plain nuts. Our ancestors were well aware of this.

The simple fact is that if you GIS him and her is that she was batting way out of her league for NYC. She's cute, but not stunning. For him, I'm not gay but I wanted him. If she wanted to bag alphas like him, she should have gone to Cornell, not Columbia. She's just not hot enough

Right on! In my day she would have been affectionately known as:

    "SEXY HORSE"

I was just thinking a few months ago about how he should sue. Now it's finally happening. I hope he gets that senator that's been enabling the mattress carrier.

Cute? I think you need to have your vision checked. She's plain.

  13. Even as a Republican, I thought better of Kirsten Gillibrand. What a scumbag. Seriously, why aren't more people bothered by the fact that a sitting United States Senator publicly sided with the false claimant after it had already been disproved?

    1. Isn't she the same Senator who try to bring that "sexual harassment" bill to the floor claiming she had solid evidence that there were" hundreds" if not " thousands" of rape cases that were going in prosecuted in the military. How convenient. It sounded like Tailhook part2
