Any Lieutenants Along I-10?

Greetings all,

Your ole Captain may be driving a newly acquired Harley across from Florida to Las Vegas.  Most of the route being Interstate 10.  If any of you are along the way and mayhaps even have a couch for the old Captain to crash on, let the ole Captain know!

  1. Can't offer a couch in the immediate future (long story), but if you want a beer between Mobile and New Orleans let me know -- depending on the day or time of day, I'll buy you a drink or we can get lunch.

hey, I'm in Houston and have a 2 bedroom condo, so one extra room. if you decide to stay elsewhere, I understand (I'd probably stay in San Antonio and do the riverwalk once if I had to make a stop on I-10 in Texas) but would sure love to meet you when you're down south, will even buy at my local favorite watering hole, ron's pub on Fountainview near the galleria.

  3. Cap'n,

If you get hungry or tired when you pass through San Antonio, TX, I'd be happy to provide room and board. I'm only a couple miles off of I-10. If my email address isn't viewable to you reply here and I'll see the reply.

  4. Hey Cap!

Wife and I offer a RV (30' fifth wheel) parked next to the house with all hook ups in place. We're just outside San Antonio just before Boerne TX on the edge of the Hill Country, a minute or less off I-10. Have a garage where you can park the bike and I'm a pretty good cook, offering Texas hospitality. RV has Wi-Fi signal from the house from our fiber to the home connection. Must like dogs (Tx toy poodle, Norwich terrier, doberman). We're both retired and at home most of the time. We're also into shooting sports. Please advise if interested and provide approximate arrival date.

Long interstate highway hauls on a bike absolutely kill me with boredom. Hopefully you can find time to at least take a few parallel state highways with a curve or two to make it a bit more interesting.

  7. I'm 2 miles South of 10 in the western suburbs of Houston if you don't mind big dogs.

  8. I'm in the Tucson area and have plenty of space if you need a pad to crash in.

  10. I see my invite was deleted.
    Fair enough.
Seem to be a fair sized group of Clarey fans around Houston.
Maybe a meet and greet is in order??
