Stupid, Dumb, Lazy Boys

Stupid boys.

Can't find a job in this economy.

All because they refuse to man up and grow up.

Nope, has nothing to do with disproportionately-voted-in-by-women environmental laws and regulations that destroyed industrial jobs and other male-dominated fields.

Nope. Nothing to do with that.

And it certainly has nothing to do with disproportionately-voted-in-by-women socialist tax structures that destroy competition and profit.

No, absolutely not.

And it would have absolutely NOTHING to do with disproportionately-voted-in-by-women increases in government largess (disproportionately benefiting female employment) at the expense of the private sector (disproportionately hurting male employment) as we outsourced traditional male roles to the public sector.

No, certainly not.

Nope, you're all just a bunch of loser, whiny, dirty disgusting, lazy boys who aren't trying hard enough.

Why don't you all get cushy government jobs like us women? Or non-profit jobs? You know what you need? You need affirmative action, just like us! Or a government grant to pay you to write or find yourself. Then you could be independent and fulfilled like us!

Of course, you'll even probably goof that up because you're stupid boys.

And another thing? Why can't I find a good man?

And why won't he commit?

And why are there such losers out there without jobs who can't support me and make me a good husband.

I want children. My biological clock is ticking. And I want a house in the suburbs and 3 months vacation and want to work part time from home to rear my children and a man to subsidize it all.

Where are the real men!?

I have a triple masters in public management, social work and English. I'm educated! Why can't I find any?

/ sarcasm

For the Patron Saint's Name of Frick. You just can't make this stuff up.

  1. You would be great to have a beer with and sit down and talk about the economy. Or, more to your liking, a tumbler of rumpleminz

"In an age when having a university degree matters more than ever"

And there's your problem. It matters more than ever while at the same time being more worthless than ever.

It's clever, really: through certain policies (public education and subsidizing and heavy regulation of tertiary education being the crucial ones) the State infantilazes the young adults, prolongs their childhood way into their 20s and makes incompetent, dependent, sorry excuses for human beings out of them. And what does a dependent person create demand for?

    More welfare.

    And that means?

    More power to the government.

    Very clever indeed.

Maybe you problem is that you still care?

Shake that off, claim your freedom, laugh at those who call you dumb and lazy. It's really NOT your problem: so why worry?

In other words, learn not to care.

You will see: it works wonders.
And it will help you be happy.

Detach yourself from the grid of slavery.

affirmative action throughout education and employment was the real killer, tho -- once females became a Protected Class via the CRA of 1964, it was all over except for the stomping and the glutting

    BTW, this:

    http://www.thecrimson.com/article/2011/11/2/mankiw-walkout-economics-10/

"[Econ 101 is] a class that’s very indoctrinating, and does not encourage diversity of views. Economic questions are not always clear-cut. Multiple views should be presented in this course."

I'm sitting here trying to put in words how much this person is retarded. I just can't. YES, YOU DUMBFUCK, SCIENTIFIC QUESTIONS ARE ALWAYS CLEAR-CUT BECAUSE THAT'S HOW SCIENCE WORKS.

    (Yay Ivy League.)

  8. Senior Ortega,

I usually use the phrase, "the English language is neither robust nor large enough to explain just how stupid that is" to explain such incomprehensible stupidity.

    Anon,

    Yes, yes I am.

I don't get the globe and mail link. Are you implying that Wente is a gov't employee? The mop & pail isn't the CBC. Her articles in the link are mostly right leaning. I missed your point.

  10. People need to learn two simple economic truths.
    "Resources are scarce."
    "Incentives matter."

It's amazing how willingly a civilization can self-destruct. The process has been ongoing since the 16th-19th amendments and is now almost finished.

  12. There is another issue that is ignored in these discussion that happens to be the 800 pound gorilla in the room. This is the fact that most (90%) people find career-oriented opportunities and full employment more and more difficult starting in one's 40's. The means that one has to be essentially independently wealthy by the time they are 45-50 years old. This is the dirty secret that is not being told to our young men.

It is this reality that makes the choice of marriage and family essentially an irrational choice for young men today. It is imperative that young people understand these financial realities before even considering getting married and, especially, having kids. Our society does a very poor job of communicating these realities to young people in time prior to making irrational life-long commitments.

The wage/debt slavery that is the reality for maybe 80-90% of the populace is simply not a sane choice. I make this clear to all young people whenever the issue comes up in a discussion.

  13. In follow-on to my previous post, I will say that I expect the fertility rate in the U.S. to drop to around 1.0 or so. I make this prediction based on my experiences in Japan. Japan's fertility rate during the 80's (the bubble) and before was around 1.8 or so. The year the bubble popped, 1991, it began dropping and dropped to around 1.2 within 3 years. Today I think its below 1.0 (around 0.9).

The same thing is happening in the U.S., where the fertility rate dropped from 1.9 to 1.6 during a two year period (2008 and 2009).

The U.S. fertility rate will drop to around 1.0 and will remain there indefinitely.
