No lie- I thought the fish faced freak in the photo WAS the girl's mother. Oh well, I hope they let this waste of DNA live in the general prison population...
4 year olds are at maximum cuteness levels, beating one to death truly marks one as an utter piece of shit. This is simply not a good time or place in history to procreate.
Apparently, the unfortunate girl's mother was trolling the docks in Innsmouth looking for dates.
