"Only a fraction of the garments will be outsourced."
This statement makes it seem as if "only a fraction" is an insignificant percentage of overall production. Not sure if common core has changed the rules but third grade arithmetic used to teach that 100/100 is a fraction.
Reading between the lines and doing the math for an outfit selling $30 t-shirts. Bankruptcy, falling sales, rising overhead; say bye-bye to this company.
Once the jobs disappear there will be panic followed by the usual tax breaks for business start ups. Who benefits? Log rolling by the clueless politicians.
