Guess I'm Not Buying Pepsi Anymore Then!

Pepsi CEO, big Hillary supporter, opens mouth about Trump.

Come on guy, please, just this once, will republicans actually grow a pair and boycott Pepsi?

“Our employees were all crying,” she said. “And the question that they’re asking, especially those who are not white, ‘Are we safe?’ Women are asking, ‘Are we safe?’ LGBT people are asking, ‘Are we safe?’

Wonder where they get these ideas? Crying because their candidate didn't win an election? Wondering whether they are safe under Republican control of the Executive? Did I miss something under Bush, Bush, and Reagan, where women, minorities, and gays were somehow oppressed? Instead the left has been screaming about non-existent persecution for years to the point where their supporters actually believe it.

Also, as far as boycott goes, read further down. Coca Cola gave millions to Clinton Foundation. My guess is that a little research would suggest that most big corporations supported the Clintons because they don't want the size of government to shrink. How else can they keep upstart competitors down?

Might as well cut out your Coca-Cola habit as well then -- the processed sugars and phosphoric acid will deplete your body's reserves of key nutrients, and if you're not careful you'll turn yourself into a diabetic if you drink too much of that crap.

I suggest strong coffee and tea with full cream and stevia instead.

If you want some energy that will actually last you for a while, eat some chocolate with full-fat coconut in it.

No, they will not.

And I will not, because I haven't had a soda in ages.

In related news, there has got to be a way to identify all the arms of the enormous Pepsico tree. Dodging the cola alone isn't going to have any effect.

The CEO's comments should not be surprising given she is a toofer affirmative action hire... minority AND a woman.

The timing is pretty good, as I have a trip to the dentist this week, and he will probably tell me to lay off the sodas.

Remember to check out the wide variety of Pepsi products. Not just Pepsi, Mt. Dew, and their other sodas, but IIRC, garorade, pure leaf teas, ocean spray juices, and a host of others. Check out the full product line at pepsi.com.

I almost never drink carbonated high fructose corn syrup.

If only my wife would find an alternative to Coke. She's hopelessly hooked on the crap. At least Trump sells coffee, if any of the various K-cup manufacturers start being dildos.

All over the Western world, large corporations are hitching their wagons to the liberal, SJW agenda. I'm assuming it's because they do not want to alienate this customer base. I believe this to be a business decision. Ultimately though, I think it will backfire on them BADLY, in the form of massive lost revenue in a relatively short amount of time. The NFL and Target come to mind. The NFL has lost a pretty substantial percentage of viewership just this season; I believe it may be as high as 15% this season. That is a pretty massive loss considering the season isn't even halfway through. I personally believe that the NFL miscalculated and thought that their product was so indispensable that they could do no wrong in the eyes of their base consumers; White America, Miltary, Police, etc. Research suggests that the NFL viewership decline is largely because of the NFL's recent allowance of overt anti-Americanism by their players. Target is willing to expose itself to massive lawsuits and lost revenue by letting (trans-gendered) men into the Women's restroom to appease the .0000001% of the population that may be trans-gendered. Definitely not a good business decision by Target.

Trump just won in what is by all accounts a landslide election. I do not believe the media claims that Hillary won the popular vote. Not for a second. Real world evidence suggests that Hillary lost the popular vote quite badly. I'm by no means a Trump guy, but the message is clear. Americans want a giant reversal of the current status quo. Americans will not purchase products or services from a company or organization that has values opposite of their own. Americans will shop elsewhere. Such a stance is easy to take by modern Americans because they have so many options as consumers.

As far as I know, Walmart has not taken any sort of radical stances on political issues. Walmart is a shitty company by many accounts, but it seems as though Walmart understands it's base consumers; low class losers who want to purchase cheap shit and don't want to be told what to think. The opposite would be Starbucks, a shit company that wants to tell you what to think but can't even serve a decent cup of coffee without burning it. On that note, a Starbucks near my house that has been running for at least 10 years has just closed down. Something to think about.

I've been boycotting them for a while now.
Shame too. They actually made a tea I actually liked.

Several months ago I started a boycott list that keeps expanding every time a company decides to get political on me. I either want a product, or a service. I get pissed off when companies try to virtue signal, or even worse, lecture me about some "social good" that I don't give a damn about. These jerks just don't understand that they're driving away their customer base. The good thing, however, is that they're saving me money that I can divert to better uses.

They used to sell bottles Pepsi at the Sbarro place where I order Pizza. Now, they just sell Orange Crush and Gatorade with the Pizza. Looks like they did boycott Pepsi.

Good thing then KFC isn't owned by PepsiCo anymore, I wonder if they might switch to Coca-cola?

Can't we just let the corporate CEO's, Hollywood liberals, and other assorted 1%'rs who are just so, so crushed about Hillary Clinton's defeat carry out all the liberal policies that the Democratic party wants themselves?

Like if you think you're not paying enough in taxes, why not write the government a check? Or better yet, why not take a pay cut to give yourself the equivalent of your net pay under Clinton, and allocate the difference to pay raises for PepsiCo employees?

No, we just want to complain and force everyone else to live like they do? Fine.
