I think you're wrong. The camera does not seem to be pointed at her. It seems like is leaning to take a picture from another angle of the confiscated toys, not of herself. Could be a journalist..

Dude, those toys are 'artificially' being marked down so that more kids can get them for x-mas (i.e. loads more parents can afford them this way).
