It's the fucking Boomers. They have pushed in all sort of stupid laws mandating luxurious living one way or another. From "building codes" mandating room sizes to "zoning approval boards" that arbitrarily force their random will on developers, it's illegal to build affordable housing anymore. Fuck them all.
