I agree with him whole heartedly. He's not questioning the merits of Bush's private accounts as much as he's questioning the whole concept of of a social security system in the first place. And while certainly Bush's plan won't do much, he highlights that the problem isn't GW's plan, but the idea of transfering responsibility of retirement from the individual to the tax payer.

Or my favorite, "Stay here until you make the big money. Then move to a country with less confiscatory rates."
