I feel bad for the Wells Fargo staff. They get fired if they don't committ fraud and now they get fired because they do.
I worked in a phone shop for a bit where there was a lot of fraud going on and the employees just had to play along or you get threatened with being fired or even physically attacked. I was living with my parents at the time so could get away but if you've got rent to pay and food to put on the table you really don't have any choice. And the management who are the real problem always get off scott free.
