So, looking at the graphs you can see:
1. you have lots of free time when you live in a country with a low GDP
2. You can become the elite from the country if you train really hard and win the Olympics.
I'm not sure about the fertility rate one, though, Capt-seems that the graph indicates no correlation between fertility and the voting- as long as you had a fence pole up your A$$, you had lots of sex.
