What the Hell is Up with My Ads?

Hey, is anybody else out there getting only Google's ad for "Picasa" picture thingy?

I keep reloading the site and it's like it's the only thing being advertised out there.

i see a bunch of anger management ads - including an ad for a voice-to-voice hotline, presumably not the "what-are-you-wearing?" type of hotline.
