That email, which has been circulating since the DAWN of the internet is considered "harassment"?
Seriously, at worst it's a unfunny sterotype ridden set of jokes ( for those that live an humourless universe) that gently pokes fun at traits of men and women.
I could see it MIGHT rise to harassment if it were part of a daily avalanche of emails like this _and_ the person had been told and ignored a request to "knock it off" as to sending emails.

So these women are proving that email to be true.
