..in particular, the comment about the Clinton and Bush contribution to the "kleptocracy" they helped create in Russia in the '90's, as alluded to in the article you refer to.

A curious sort of non-partisan attack on what he refers to as "junk economics".. not sure we should encourage wholesale foregiveness of debt - but otherwise, he makes some interesting points.

I had an Econ 101 professor who stated in 2001 that the next bubble to burst would be housing. I believe he gave it to within 5-10 years.
