1. Yeah, women. Complain that husbands wont stop playing video games, refuse to be more interesting than said video games. That's a big thing. If a woman's idea of spending time with her husband is doing nothing or doing everything SHE likes to do she shouldn't be surprised if her husband ditches her to go do things HE likes to do. A wild concept is for her to also show interest in his hobbies, even if its just a little bit.
2. Women hate when something takes male attention away from them. If its not video games its restoring an old car. If not an old car then watching sports. If not sports then the gym. Its a never ending appetite and if a wife is not the center of her husbands world then "HE MUST NOT LOVE ME!!!!!!!". Instead of seeing it as a way for her husband to unplug for a while she sees it as an assault on her worth.
Either way, any woman who divorces her husband over his playing a video game, or any hobby, obsessively or not, is a slag who was looking for a reason to divorce beforehand and just happen to find the most convenient thing acceptable to friends and society to pull the trigger.

Clearly the women were looking for men with better taste in video games.
A couple of things here:
