Astounding video. It is reality, it is sad, yet it reminds me of the possibilities you get when living in the real world.
Also japan DOES have a welfare system according to Wikipedia. and the same sort of overarching problems caused by it.
Japan has a massive welfare state. The problem with Detroit is that it is filled with Black people.
