I think you might want to do more research regarding that last answer you gave in the interview. Specifcally, you state, "we have too few STEM and trade graduates." I can't speak for every STEM and trade profession, but I can speak with some certainty regarding the job market for chemists and it's not good. We have far too many graduates with advanced degrees in chemistry than can be absorbed by the various job markets (e.g. academia, industry, government).

Whenever you hear or read a CEO decry the lack of trained STEM graduates what they are actually saying is "Why can't we pay our scientists and engineers what they pay in China and India?"

No, the cacao would still be in Brazil . The don't grow it in Pennsylvania. There would be no Hershey chocolate.
