Mathematics By the Captain

OK Captain Capitalismites!

Time for that fun game we all love to play:

"WHO CAN DO THE MATH!!!!"

What math problem do we see here that explains why this kid is more or less condemned to end up where daddy is?

Dayumm. Girl was 17 at most when the kid was born. Dad's already in jail. Just sad. No kid should have such rotten parents.

I'm glad she gets to keep custody. She's doing a bang up job.

21-4=17

The fact that the mother had the kid at 17 (21 now, minus 4 years ago when the kid was born)? I'm guessing that the father is about the same age too, unless she was just a freaky teenager, so this kid started out at a deficit.

21-4-.75 = stupid.

The mother gave birth at 16 or 17.

It also means she got knocked up somewhere between 15 and 17 years old.

21 year old mother of a 4 year old. Kids having kids.

There's no mention of the 4 year old's older brother... just pulling your chain.

And when the 4 year old grows up to be the age of his father, the cycle will likely happen again.

Perhaps the welfare system has made failure like this too comfortable?

21 year old mom with a 4 yr old- hmmm, maybe having a kid at 17 isn't such a good idea.

The kid is 4 years old and the lady who had him was 17 when she had him. (21 year old as of today).

Also:
CPS + drunk kid should = state taking kid away from parents, if "parents" is a single dad. But the math is different for single mom's cause they're more caring of course.

21 - 4 = 17

I suppose she could have been knocked up on prom night. (A best case scenario might I add.)

It would even better to know how old the father is.

21-4=17
(assuming it's not 21 years, 3 months - 4 years, 7 months = 16 years, 8 months, or somthing similar)

21-4=17!!!!!!!

Solution: Mandatory sterilization at 14, license to have children at 21.

I bet the mother blames her parents for not having the foresight to keep her from getting knocked up at sixteen. And her parents blame their parents.

It needs to be made illegal to blame one's environment, family, or circumstance for one's personal foibles.

Now - how can that be brought about?
