Could it be the five things they list here;

Children
Housing
Education
Cars
Retirement

are coincidentally the five major bubbles in the US right now?

Time to bachelor up gentlemen.

Actually, I'm not surprised. That was one of the few personal finance articles that seems to get things right.

This ought to be required reading and part of a class discussion for every high school student.

In short, it's called "living within your means".
