Of course it's water neutral. People buy coca cola products, drink them, then pee and perspire them out. Isn't that the whole point of drinking something. A company that sells people stuff to drink, but is water neutral is just stupid. Even worse if they aren't that stupid, they think we're that stupid.

Considering the fact of how much that sugar alone (in all of its many packaging disguises -- i.e., 'high-fructose corn syrup', 'sucrose'/'table sugar', etc.) as well as 'artificial' sweeteners are considerably harmful to your health, I'm glad that I stopped drinking 'soda' drinks decades ago.
People should take a look at food packaging labels for the amounts of sugars (such as 'high-fructose corn syrup', 'sucrose' -- any ingredient name ending in '-ose' is a sugar of some kind) in food products, and you would probably be surprised at the amounts that there are and under the different names that they have.
