I still see her smiling and laughing in my head, and I would assume that smile and laughter turned to pain and suffering in that instance. Those women are "strong, independent, don't need no man, fish/bicycle" until the day their fedgov (inc) entitlements run out. When it's no more WIC, welfare, section 8, disability, socialist insecurity, affirmative action handouts, etc, that foolishness will cease immediately.
The majority of women are not really "independent", they merely married the government (inc).
Women should only get custody if the father is definitively proven to be an absolute worthless shitpile AND worse than the mother. Men are better than women at everything, including and especially raising children.
The most disturbing part about it was at the end of the article: Circuit Judge Larry Bourgeois told the mom, “I don’t know what I could ever do to you that could be worse than what you’ve already experienced… You will forever be entombed in a prison of your own mind.”
This is the way society and especially the state handles women with kid gloves and puts them on a pedestal. She's not going to suffer at all. If the damn bitch actually cared about her child, she wouldn't have left her child in the car for 4 hours to go and get some dick from a guy she shouldn't have been fucking to begin with.
What a vacuous look she has. Do you see any hint of intelligence behind those eyes? This is the type of low IQ, just-following-orders twit who will enforce any law her overlords pass, no matter how immoral it may be. Unfortunately, she is not the exception.
