Just so all of you know, I just got back from Dallas about 20 minutes ago. But, VERY PROMISING storms are a-brewin' in the plains states, so it is very likely I will be leaving early tomorrow morn and chasing after some tornadoes. (who said being a childless bachelor didn't have it's advantages?)
This is part two of the series, but there are about 6-7 more parts to be published, though they will not all be published at once, just when I get the time.
Regardless, tell your friends, family and any Gen Y'ers you know about this presentation because it will help them...almost as much as the book!
Being of th Boomer generation, this also affects me - if I had 401k: but as an artist I live by the part-time/short term job. What this does mean is one's retirement merely means a move to lower skilled work - competing against young job market entrants for entry level or there about jobs. There working life of a person will extend to 75/80.
I live at the Jersey shore to where many retirees move. I have met former Wall St. employees now stocking shelves at the local Shop-Rite. I have seen former business owners - butchers - go to work as a counter person at another butcher shop; and I have met a retired NYC tugboat captain at the same butcher shop.
Will there be a part 3? It didn't seem that you were quite finished.
Awesome. Gimme part 3!
Also, in the end, you talk about Bolivia and Argentina. Do you know that for example Hungary seized the private retirement funds too in 2011? And google tells me other europian countries did as well.
Yes, there will be a part 3.
These days, being a childless bachelor sure beats the alternative (married and/or with children)! I owe so many thanks to the girls and women who treated me like pond scum when I was in my teens and twenties -- they kept me from making what would undoubtedly have been the worst mistake of my life!!
Ι read this paragrаph fully about the comрarіson of most
