They All Hit the Wall

An outstanding before and after comparison.

I will merely add this.

The more genetic "gifts/lottery/benefits" a young person is given, the less likely they will develop mature, adult skills needed to survive and succeed in life.   And one of those skills is the discipline and temerity to work out and stay in shape after the benefits of youth leave you and age and slowing metabolism visit.

Were you overweight or scrawny when you were younger?

Well then over the past 2 decades you've obviously, no doubt, developed the discipline, habits and ethic to work out and stay in shape.

Were you born a natural god/goddess?

We'll see you at the 20 year reunion and fail to recognize you.

Yup, a bean pole. When I went to my 10 year reunion and all the former jocks with beer bellies who picked on me were amazed how muscular I became.

Sidenote: Bullies were my motivation.

Cringeworthy photos for sure! If you're familiar with Brigitte Bardot, she also used to look very beautiful young. Now look at her now! The transformation is almost unbelievable. Karma does really get to some people.

Cute girls from high school, when I saw them 20 years later, I did not recognize until my sister told me who they were.

Thanks for linkage Cap.

I recently was coaching up a younger cousin who got dumped. I told him, "You're only going to get better and she's already peaked". Colleen Camp came to mind because she was one of the worst wall splats I could recall. She was a natural looking American beauty who looked great brunette or blonde. She stayed hot for years even in the early 90s as a MILF type in movies, but jesus, she's like a living version of Miss Piggy with wrinkles now.

Ok, so I'm a lot older than you are. I sometimes see older women who have aged gracefully and still have an air of elegance about them. Those are the ones who I think about what it would have been like to raise a family with over 30 years. These days I don't see many like that, being fat is now accepted.

Typically people gain weight as they age, so that young hottie with the D-cups is not only going to lose the battle with gravity by age 30, she's also going to blimp out. Pick the ones that make you think "another 10 pounds and she would be really hot" because she's a bit skinny right now. If you're in for the long haul, think about what she will look like with another 40 pounds and then make sure that's all she gains.
