Bah! Keynes had a war (a couple of wars) to win, a depression to overcome, socialism to defeat. Don't blame Keynes for what was done in his name, after he was dead.

If we really thought about the children dads would be getting custody about 98% of the time.

Keynes was all about big government interfering in people's lives. He had no kids of his own and his most famous quote is "in the future we will all be dead." The inevitable end of his policies was plain to see for anyone that wanted to. I'd say it is safe to say he didn't give future generations a second thought.
